At Azerla™, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below:
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase at no cost, provided they have not yet entered processing.

If your order has already begun processing, cancellations will incur a $10 handling & processing fee. This covers payment processing costs and fulfillment preparation.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds

Refunds are available for unopened, unused items returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@azerla.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Why We Have a Cancellation Fee
We charge a small $10 fee on late cancellations to fairly cover non-refundable payment processing costs and fulfillment handling. This ensures we can keep our prices affordable for all customers while still providing flexibility when changes are needed.
